Shipping and Delivery
Banzaii, in conjunction with our service providers “shipping and delivery” will be delivery in your shipping order address. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Provide Commerce is not responsible for:
- Any product delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Orders
Provide Commerce does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date.
Ones your order pass the forty-eight (48) hours and it is accepted your order will could not be Cancelled and there is NOT ANY CHARGE BACK that we can give you. In this case the amount of your order can be used on another order.
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
